Werdinsel is a small island and green area located in the city of Zurich. It integrates a significant number of facilities for the citizens, such as a swimming area in the river, sports area, grills, showers and lockers, etc.
This project presents a modular solution that, not only, solves the guidance requirements of the visitors, but also it creates extra solutions for communication needs of both, the city and the users of Werdinsel.
Using a simple technology, as LED panels, we increase the functionality and capabilities creating an interconected system. The integrated lighting also reduces the need for extra elements in the park.
